have you seen a dermatologist?I know that when my son had sores in his

head the dermatologist prescribed anti-fungul pills.I do not remember

the name of the meds,but they sure did work,when nothing else did.

-I've heard of selsum blue alternating wiht the nizoral shamppo.

(available over the counter or stronger by prescription.

My dr recommeneded nizoral shampoo only.

it can be ain infection of the hair follicles.

I've also heard of a baking soda paste but have not tried it.

Diane, I was doing some reading today and read that a common spot for

psoriasis is the scalp. Did you consider that? It talks about some

types of light treatment are affective. I bought a light machine for

my skin for rosacea.
