Guest guest Posted January 8, 2006 Report Share Posted January 8, 2006 This week has been bad -- workout wise. Day before yesterday I managed 5 minutes and today I manged 3 mins. I set the clock for 15 but I just couldn't do it. I'll need to drop back for a while, until I make up the lost ground.
