detoxifing yor body

Then I exercised to sweat alot (natural detoxifying system your body

has) and bathed in bath salts or a little hydrogen peroxide to remove

some of the toxins. Sweating allows the fat in your body to release

its toxins, ditto with your liver, so sweating it out is an excellent

simple way to go.

Then I drank lemon water alot-detoxifies your liver. I drink liquid

chlorophyl-detoxes everything-it's like wheatgrass which i don't

really have access to but would be even better.

I never went for the medical detoxes-I felt the natural stuff was the

way to go and it did take over a year to succeed. I also went to a Jin

Shin therapist who used energy work to assist my body in detoxing.

I think you should take everyone's suggestions and try everything

because everyone is different and you never know what will work for you.

Good luck and stay away from the mold!
