Was wondering if these things could be yeast die off

Hi. My son has been on Diflucan for 4 days. I was wondering if these

things could be die off or if he may not be tolerating the Diflucan or

Milk Thistle.

Itching very badly all over body today. This did subside.

Mucus that is dark brown in nostril.

Very wound up. I don't think he has stopped going 80 miles an hour

since this morning.

Anyone have any thoughts?
