anyone over 60 had surgery for Chiari?

Has anyone over 60 had decompression or other Chiari related surgery?  I'm still

trying to decide about decompression surgery and wondered if age made a

difference.....I'm sure it does in the recovery process.

 

Thanks in advance for any input.
