Guest guest
It has been right at two weeks sense I visited FibroFix and read almost everything and have a better understanding of what is going on in my body. I started watching what I eat and started taking Magnesium and Lecithin. My relief is not perfect but I can tell a big difference in my pain as it is becomeing more tollerable and I have also given up the healthy coffee that I was drinking when I ran out a week or so before thanksgiving while it did help a great deal I know now that it was not the best case senerio for me. That diet and dietary supplement on nuturents that was missing was needed at least I hope so and do hope that it lasts as long as I keep it up daily. While over exerting my body at work and at home does contribute to my pain quite a bit I have to control what I physically do to a minnimum and that is the biggest challange that I face every day. Doing so lets my work ability fail short of getting daily tasks done at work and it falls to others more capable to complete what I can't do. Not good but it is my only salvation when the pain starts. My boss is understanding and lets me set my own pace as she also has her own pain problems that are different from mine and has to do the same for herself. To help the Fibromyalgia desease we must do everything we can do to help it get better or get some relief from it. Guest guest
What we do is a combination method. That's very important. If you do it like we do it, you should be able to relieve all symptoms. Test to see which version of FMS you have. Treat it. Site is free and tells how. People tend to say " all Fibros are different " - but we actually fall into pretty clear categories. We are all dealing with the same malfunction. You can use over the counter meds and the tricks and tips. Guest guest
Thankyou for the reference to FIBRO FIX website. That was a real eyeopener. What I think is interesting is that even though I was not necessarily diagnosed with just Fibromyalgia, it is clear that I have it. I went to an ND named Dr Burbutes here in Arkansas. (I was fed up with no help from my MD). He used a machine and accurately diagnosed me in an hour. This machine revealed all, from estrogen levels to allergies. His food recomendations were almost identical to their food list Do's and Don'ts. His other reccomendations were similiar. Ways to get more alkaline, specific supplements to take and some NOT to take and mild exercise. Of course my case is complicated with mercury poisoning and Lymes, three virusus, and candida, in addition to fibro, so there were a few more things for me to do. But! for the first time in a year I have hope and a clear cut map of the way out of this mess. I felt better than I had in a year from one session...I slept without sleeping pills, and it lasted for days and a muscle pain that was constant is gone. The difference is amazing and knowing why I feel so bad is the best part. I want to shout it from the rooftops. There are others that have this instrument, QXCI ? I am not sure that is the exact name since my memory is so bad, but this is his phone number and a session is only $75 and worth much more. I heartily recommend him! Use very inexpensive saliva pH test strip on a roll; you can get it locally at a health food store. Use over-the-counter meds + tricks and tips. Nothing for sale. Guest guest
The Doc is an ND and it is a biofeedback machine that I asked it's name but in the whirl of all the things we tested and went over, I forgot. I found it under EPFX/SCIO the instrument is the QXCI which stands for Quantum Xrroid Conciousness Interface I looked over a flyer, if I can attach it I will. Guest guest
I would suggest you look up QXCI on Google and on Snopes. > > > The Doc is an ND and it is a biofeedback machine that I asked it's name but in the whirl of all the things we tested and went over, I forgot. > I found it under EPFX/SCIO the instrument is the QXCI which stands for Quantum Xrroid Conciousness Interface > I looked over a flyer, if I can attach it I will. > Deb > > > > >
