I don't think it would be the insurance industry that would benefit. Right

now, they use the deceit of ACOEM to deny workers comp claims. Ya know, " not

plausible " or " could not be " . In this scenario, it would be the

citizens/taxpayers who benefit from bringing the deceit to light. Right now,

if one's

workers comp claim is denied, they end up on state disability a lot of the

time.
