Guest guest Posted January 11, 2009 Report Share Posted January 11, 2009 I've been supplementing my diet with amino acids for years, including with this one, but after reading a bunch of stuff that made me think this might help I recently started supplementing with (important) several grams (probably around five) of acetyl-l-carnitine a day.. The positive difference for me is noticeable. I have to add that it might be seasonal, the cold weather has set in and that helps me a lot.. I don't know.. But its worth trying.. YMMV.
