I just have to share this. I bought a pair of jeans about a year ago.

Carpenter jeans, cute...size 24. (Can anything size 24 be cute???) They were

skin tight. I put them on and couldn't breathe, move, bend, etc. So....they

hung in my closet " in case. " Yesterday it was cold and rainy. Decided for the

heck of it to try them on! They are loose! I was jumping up and down. I wore

them all day, it was great! This is the first time I've worn jeans in years

where I could move, breathe, and feel comfortable! Of course if I were at a

store trying them on, I would have tried a SMALLER size.....but they work for

now! What fun this is.

I'm reading the book Thin For Life right now. Excellent book. I guess I'm on

the right road, because everything in the book is " clicking " with my ideals

right now. If you haven't read this book, I highly recommend it! I'm trying to

read books every week regarding weight loss and maintenance. I think it keeps

me fresh! LOL

Tomorrow I'm going to start exercising again. I have not been doing it for the

last 2 weeks due to what I think was an ankle sprain. I am all set with my new

tapes. I have a wide variety to choose from. I admire those of you

that can exercise in public. I'm not ready yet. I have taken aerobics classes

in the past and really enjoyed them, but I am too self-conscious at this point.

Plus we don't have a YMCA in this small town I'm in, only one exercise place and

it's $40 a month. I'm going to keep my eyes open for community classes, I

guess.

Hope you're all having a great week!

Lyn
