Also thanks to everyone for the exercising suggestions. Walking is still going to have to do for now. Maybe roller blading when Im a little smaller. I actually looked at some work out videos today. I think I have some in a box somewhere. The problem for me exercising at home is staying focused. I have way to many distractions at home. I feel like I should be doing something else, cleaning, laundry...you know. So its best for me to go somewhere. I checked out a place call Curves for Women. Anyone heard of it?
