Way to go ! 50lbs that is awesome, I know that must be such an

incredible feeling! Keep up the good work.

Also thanks to everyone for the exercising suggestions. Walking is

still going to have to do for now. Maybe roller blading when Im a

little smaller. I actually looked at some work out videos today. I

think I have some in a box somewhere. The problem for

me exercising at home is staying focused. I have way to many

distractions at home. I feel like I should be doing something else,

cleaning, laundry...you know. So its best for me to go somewhere. I

checked out a place call Curves for Women. Anyone heard of it? It's a

circuit workout program. It's a 30min workout routine. Anyway I'll

let ya'll know.
