Guest guest
Hi... It has been my experience that grain vinegars and apple cider vinegars are very different. Apple cider vinegar has a thousand uses( now don't ask me to name them :-) ) I t is one of the best cleansers and mineral sources around. Have never had problems with it unless the person was allergic to it. Guest guest
Dianna... I would think you could stay on it , if the reason you were told to go off regular vinegar was due to candida. Guest guest
Hi Guys, I hope everyone is feeling good today. : ) I have a question.. I have been drinking a Tbs.of Braggs Organic Apple Cider Vinegar first thing every morning with 8ozs.of cold water to cut fat and loose weight along with other things like lethicin.. I had been off abx so didn't have to worry too much abt yeast infections, but now I am back on Bicillin Injections (OUCH!!!) and the nurse said that I should stay away from vinegar while on abx cuz it will cause more yeast. I asked herif it was true if the vinegar was organic but she didn't think it made a difference. Do any of you guys know abt that ? I have kind of gotten used to my lil morning fix. : ) I could just wait it out and find out for myself, but then that mean ... well.. you know Thanks Guys & have a good day : )

I felt like it gave me more energy and cut my apetite also. I was even planning to start taking it three times a day b4 meals but then went back on BiCillin and was afraid of the yeast. But as soon as I am off ABX.. I DO plan on going back to it .. In the meantime back to acidophilus and yougurt : ( I like the vinegar much better : ) Thanks for responding Val. Have a great day ! I used to be so active.. even during a remission with lyme I was able to exercise, but now I just can't do it.. I exercise one day and am in bed for several. I have a bad back and it just puts me right out, plus I just don't have the energy . I am taking Lecithin and apple cider vinegar.. I also take CoQ10 and L Cartenine they are (as far as I understand) supposed to cut fat and increase metabolism.. if anyone knows more abt lyme & weight loss I'd also LOVE to hear it . And to answer ur question Sharon .. NO unfortunately I have not lost any weight yet, but I also eat alot of fast food and junk only because I just don't have the strenght to prepare meals at times.. We should spend more time on " Good Food " and prehaps share afew qucik and easy healthy recipes " I'll bet alot of us have the same problem with food, and as we all know eating healthy food is a big concern with lyme also . Guest guest
, I think Apple cider vinegar is different from other types and I don't think it is as bad for your eagrding yeast type stuff. Would you consider using it in combo witht he bicillin. By theway how much bicillin are you taking?
Guest guest
An excellent, but unfortunately out-of-print, book on this subject is Vermont Folk Medicine. Talks about the benefits of apple-cider vinegar, honey, and castor oil. Sometimes alone, sometimes in combination ... all sorts of health uses. I've tried several and truly believe in them. Guest guest
Why on the vinegar web page did it say it killed yeast and mold and they use it in hospitals to disinfect and kill yeast and molds? The Doctor that told me this also before I looked it up on the net said, to drink it several times a day and I used more than a cap full. Myra vinegar From: a Perza <chestnutt@...> If you were going to drink vinegar.. the reasons would be for a cleanse and CERTAINLY not to fight yeast. Quite the opposite as I am sure you have figured out from most of us who are familiar with Candida issues. However, if you are looking to diet and cleanse your system, apple-cider vinear (a capful) in water is a very healthy drink. This is recomended by those in the fitness and health industry. Personally, I really like this conconction, but for me... a lover of balsamic vinegar on my salads, I am sad to say that this is a BIG BIG NO NO! _ Subscription URL: /subscribe.cgi/candidiasis Send blank message to this e-mail address if you want to: TO UNSUBSCRIBE !!!!!!!!! : candidiasis-unsubscribeonelist To change status from normal to digest: candidiasis-digestonelist To change status from digest to normal: candidiasis-normalonelist To subscribe: candidiasis-subscribeonelist

Guest guest
Myra, as mentioned early by another person, the vinigar will cure the symptoms, but not the root of the problem if you have chronic candida in your intestines. This is not just a vaginal issue.. it goes much deeper than that. (double entendre there!) Guest guest
Dear a, I will, I think I was drinking to much milk and my body got to alkaline. He was trying to put more acid in my body to balance it out. I do have alot of other problems with my health. Thanks to Doctors who made bad choice for me I have a sheeps stomach and gut when there was nothing wrong with what I had. So I am afraid of doing to much to it as they never told me how to take care of myself after they did this to me. I have tried to get lawyers and attorneys to help me but to no avail. I also deal with plastic disolving inside of me that they refuse to take out stating that if they fixed it that was admitting guilt and I could sue them. You can't if they pay off all the attorneys and lawyers you try to get. I really did not want to sue anyone just wanted my health and to be left alone. I was never ill before they did this garbage to me. Sorry I am rattling here. Myra Vinegar From: a Perza <chestnutt@...> Myra.. all I can say is that I am glad it worked. That is amazing. I guess different things have different effects on different people.. Again, this is all relative to the chronic state of the condition. I have also used vinegar when I had a yeast infection and yes it worked. I have used garlic, yogurt, acidophilis tablets...... At this stage in my life my entire system has crashed and this is attributed to an over abundance of yeast in the intestines. Anyhow, you have a great doctor to suggest that. I am impressed. I just hate when they hand out those perscribtions when their is a natural remedy.
