Jin Shin therapist gave me for detoxing.

She tells people with MCS to exercise strenuously and work up a really

big sweat then soak in a hot bath. Sometimes, she said, the stuff that

soaks out of your body is strangely colored and vile but that has

never happened to me. My daughter is a doctor and she tells me that

this actually can work because the liver holds on to your toxins and

will only release them through sweating-something about the liver

being mostly fat and fat detoxing through your sweat. Anyway, there's

a medical basis to the sauna and the bath so I would try the sauna

with the doctor first and if it works invest in your own.

I can't tell who posted what here but how does one with mold toxic

illness exercise strenuously? That's my problem. Just daily living

chores wear me out. I conserve energy wherever I can, so I can make it

through the day. I plan to try fir or other saunas though.

Moisture, I like that idea.. My favorite exersise is when I wake up, I sit up,

strech my arms out really tight and rub my eyes. I actually stand up and

exersize for a breathtakeing 12 steps to the computer and check my mail. I will

either continue my exersize by rocking in my chair or make the long trip back

over to the bed and do some extensive steching exersizing lying on my back. Its

a pretty hard work out but I know it must be done.
