I'm not clear on this and perhaps someone else will know but my

understanding is that mycotoxins and other toxins enter the system and

do organ damage and then exit the system, so that testing of urine

would show only recent exposure, should show if day you are testing you

were exposed. If you are living in moldy home today and perform test

today. If you have organ damage due to mold exposure or still sick due

to moldy home but you moved out of a month ago, not in urine is my

impression.
