When you look for fairness in court - you must have played " fairly " yourself. 

That is what the term means.  It is an equitable doctrine.

Rich or poor (Look at the Ballard case, if you want to see injustice.) mold

cases are very difficult to litigate. 

Also, look how long it took the Agent Orange victims in the Vietnam Era to

obtain benefits. It was as a result of " activism " that change took place.  We

are in the same place and have to fight to get the illness spectrum

recognized.  Only a few people are really DOING anything about this.
