causing symptom flare-ups. In a related study, nurses who were regularly

exposed to hospital cleaners and disinfectants _reported higher asthma rates_

What can you do? Consider delegating some cleaning tasks to others, hiring a

helper or, if you make a mean lasagna, bartering dinner for cleaning with

one of your asthma-free friends.
