Friends and fellow ME/CFS Patients -

I am writing to urge you to attend the upcoming International IACFS/ME Research

and Clinical Conference, March 12-15 in Reno, Nevada. It is the largest and most

important gathering of ME/CFS researchers and clinicians, and it gives patients

the wonderful opportunity to interact and learn from the world's leading ME/CFS

(and Fibromyalgia) experts. This is a great place to learn about the most

promising upcoming treatments and state of the art treatment protocols - from

the experts who developed them.

The patient part of the conference is the first day, March 12, and is an

absolutely wonderful place to meet fellow patients with whom we share so much.

It is designed to inform, connect, and empower patients, and there is no better

way. I am sure you will find it overflowing with support and helpful

information.

This is also a great chance to address a distinguished panel of ME/CFS health

care experts with your most important ME/CFS questions. It is a great way to

learn from the world's leading experts face to face, a very special treat that

comes along only once every two years.
