I do agree with you. We all need to stick together on issues like this because

united we can put an end to corruption. We cannot remain idle and hope for

change; we must continue working hard to achieve the changes we need.

As a famous politician once said " Make me " . In other words if we do not remain

committed to change it won't happen.

We need to group and form a class action across the nation!

A list of complaints should be drawn up. It should include Workers Comp

complaints related to systemic unfairness, the unconstitutional due process and

discrimination against all groups of injured US citizens. It should include the

uninvestigated criminal assaults of fraud and retaliation, with all the system's

legal immunity claims, the refusal of a Governor, Attorney General, or District

Attorney's WC Fraud Division to investigate the alleged crimes that are

systemically committed against the occupationally injured under the roof of

State Workers Comp Systems! The time has come to get serious and focused.

Every CRIME in the book is and has been committed with impunity against the

occupationally injured. The insurance companies and their lawyers are pushing

injured workers to get their care from SSI, DSI or public hospitals. This

massive COST SHIFTING SCAM is making the tax payers pay for the costs of taking

care of injured workers and these companies should be prosecuted. So let's throw

the book at them..............

Put them on notice! Every State should have a " Fraud, Waste and Abuse Hotline

Historically, Workers Comp. was meant to be helpful to workers by offering a

" remedy " that did not involve the " tort " personal injury action. You would have

to hire a lawyer and go to court against your employer. This system which is

state by state regulated, does not reflect the philosophy, generally, as it was

originally envisioned and that is tragic.

But, by taking out the long drawn out process, you " lose " your right to sue,

except under some very limited exceptions. It also pulled out numbers of

lawsuits that had to be decided in court and put them under another umbrella.

It could take years to sue your employer. This is supposed to make the process

shorter and hopefully, " rehabilitate " the worker and help him or her return to

work or have vocational rehabilitation to go into another field. That is what

Workers' Comp. was supposed to do. Not legal advice*
