Jury still deliberating evidence in child assault

A state Supreme Court jury will resume deliberations today in the case of a

Syracuse mother who said mold exposure, not child abuse, resulted in her

daughter's May 2000 hospitalization.

The jury deliberated all day Thursday without reaching a verdict in the assault

and child endangerment case against Everson Gallishaw.
