whats the best vacuum to use?

I'm sure this has been addressed before, but I was just wanting to get

some opinions on vacuums from others who are as sensitie to stuff as I

am. Just dust alone I showed up extremely allergic to in my recent

blood test.

I have an older model, '99 I think, Kirby vacuum and it stinks and

stirs up the air. It is supposed to be a really good vacuum, but I have

to take it outside to change the bag, too because so much dust gets out.

Soo, any opinions on what is the most reasonably priced good working

vacuum out there?
