Hi all,

Okay, have not received an answer to my first question so I will post

again. The doc says " transrectal ultrasound revealed a gland of 50

grams. This is within the limits for s/l isle CP. We discussed the

procedure of s/l isle CP ... " . He stated earlier in the note that " the

patient wishes to proceed with laser coagulation of the prostate for

obstructive symptoms " .

Question #2.

Drug name Ornade. " The patient has been on Ornade for urinary

incontinence. However, since her blood pressure has been elevated we will

have her discontinue. "

This drug is an antihistamine (which can increase BP) but he states it is

for urinary incontinence. I can see how this could be but am note sure if

this is correct.

Question #3

All right, don't laugh but I swear this is what it sounds like. The

patient has a history of " fractured " penis. I cannot find any other word

that is close to this. The patient's penis bends toward the left. Nope,

he is note saying Peyronie's.

Question #4

The patient's s/l IPPS score was 17. He does not really give more details

except that the patient had urethral calibration and obstructive lateral

lobes of the prostate. I find IPS but not IPPS.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
