Guest guest
Thank you. I did not know about L-Carnatine...and it makes sense if your cells are damaged you need to support or help rebuild them. I never used magarine, only butter and extra virgin olive oil. Has anyone used Brioschi? It is from Italy and we grew up on it when we had a stomach ache as kids. I found some in a CVS store and a grocery store so people must still use it. It is fizzy bicarb, the bubbles must deliver oxygen which never hurts because some bacteria get destroyed by oxygen. > > FYI, A L Carnatine is what is in beef. Guest guest
I take Carni-Q Gel as my nutritionist says red meat is too acidic for my body. It is made by SOLONOVA and is a mixture of L Carnitine 250mg 3x day and Co-Enzyme Q10. I really notice a difference in my energy levels if I don't take it for a couple of days. The number on the bottle is 1800-200-0456. Just FYI. . Guest guest
--- a: Mine says L-Carnitine. What does the A stand for?? Also, you said grams, did you mean milligrams??! Not long after one exposure I was craving red meat. And, for a long time (even now) sometimes I eat red meat for breakfast. A hamburger or steak or steak tips. It is the only thing that " gets me going " in the morning. When I looked at my bloodwork about a year after my first exposure, I could see I was anemic and my " craving " was my body's way of taking care of itself. > > I do find, I get very tired if I am out in the sun. Guest guest
Missy, Thanks for this info. And congratulations on how well you have done! Please do feel free to post me directly about your doc. Wish we had someone like that where I live. Sam Very interesting info on the Vit D scene. Per my ND, Vit D is an ANTIFUNGAL - very important to have strong Vit D levels if you want to detox mold. She even has told me to go to a tanning bed to up my Vit D in the winter! I know that sounds crazy, but NDs training tells them that if you eat a high saturated fat diet (which I do now) then exposure to tanning is a non-issue.
