Guest guest Posted January 21, 2009 Report Share Posted January 21, 2009 Exposures from other kinds of mold.. like gypsum wallboard.. etc. have hit me far worse than mold from air conditioners... Just a tip for people fighting that kind of mold.. Ive found that for me, taking around 250-500 mg quercetin twice a day reduces the inflammatory issues that I get from that kind of mold noticeably.. Not completely, but quite a bit.. Quercetin is a nutrient found in fruit... I need to take it at least twice, and I need to take a decent amount of it..
