You know what helps a lot with nasal problems?

There are very inexpensive ph balanced saline nasal rinse packets that

you can flush your sinuses out with..Ive seen several brands - one is

neilmed sinus rinse. They are very affordable.. A ph balanced rinse is

far superior to water or plain saline.

Saline rinses are not antifungal.

But I have found for myself that if I do it regularly, they do help

noticeably though..

Make sure you get enough fresh air - its important.
