Hi Ginny & Sharon,

I have been asked to speak at the Arbitration Fairness Act Hearings on April

29th and there are a lot of mold victims that will be there, it's about time

that builders have some accountability for building a 'safe home' for

families, having the binding arbitration allows them a gigantic fall back

that almost 100% of the time favors the builder. Apart from the obvious and

also talking about the serious health effects of mold (you know I have to

get that in there Sharon!!). Do you have any suggestions on any other points

that I should touch on-kinda new with this advocate thing ????

Thanks,

.
