Guest guest
Pt has breast carcinoma with metastases to the right hip and occipital bone .. Her markers increased and chemotherapy was changed to s/l ow-ko-lin or al-co-lin methotrexate and 5-FU. Her markers once again rose three months later and chemotherapy was changed to s/l zo-lo-da (with the accent on the " lo " ) and thalidomide, and then subsequently to Gemzar. The " zo-lo-da " is not Zoladex. Oh, on the first one (ow-ko-lin ??), the accent is on the " ow " or " al " . Is this separate from or a part of methotrexate? Thank you!!! w.
