Dr Tee Guidotti who was the former Chair of GWU Occupational Health Dept

wrote a complete detailed medical exam on my entire family that another

Psychiatrist relied upon for his expert testimony. The first time I ever met

Dr Guidotti was at our trial as he sat earning his $10,000 testimony fee. He

had NEVER examined or spoke to anyone in my family. How on earth can these

Doctors get away with this??? Do you know of any other Physicians who can

give a confirmed diagnosis of what we *weren't *suffering from without any

type of exam??? or even reviewing lab tests.

Then the Psychiatrist used this " credible " report to confirm that I was

suffering from a personality disorder(Somataform) where basically I

manifested my own sickness blah blah blah!!!

Obviously all of these Physicians need to take a refresher course in their

own oath " do no harm "

The straight answer--It's wrong and they should be prosecuted. The insurance

industry has been using these " bought and paid for " doctors to deny claims for

years. The tobacco industry used many of these same doctors for decades to deny

the health effects of toxic mold.

IW's fill out pain charts and they are never admitted as evidence. These type of

doctors fraudlently tape exams unknowingly to the IW and are not supposed to

recommend treatment but they do which is usually the wrong treatment. Military

docs have been hired as qme's and that is not supposed to be done-military

treating or examing civilians.

All that has to be done is for the injured worker is to be able to go to a

regular M.D., NOT these hired whores. I have yet to read a report that tells the

whole story on an injured worker. AND I've read hundreds of them. It is quite

the opposite of what an injured worker tells the qme/ AND many of them do not

examine through all the testing they're supposed to do. Been there, done that..

I have been writing to the N.Y.Times for years on this subject and everything

else related to injured workers. Apparently we need such a reporter here in Ca.

to do the same. I really do need to be in front of congress, testifying to be

able to talk about the crookedness in allowing any outside doctor other then a

personal physician. I know iw's who were sent to the wrong specialist for the

wrong type of injury. It's so corrupt that it boggles my mind that we are called

frauds but the doctors who write false reports (everyone one that I ever read)

are considered experts and credible.

I personally had 17 qme's and some had addendums and they're all about omitting

all of the injury. Even one who examined me for the plaintiff and the defense.

He got paid twice by kaiser for 2 different opinions I know for sure one qme

was a captain in the navy. He came in once a month from Virginia via McClellan

AFB military airplane and did 5 at a time under teh auspices of another qme

mill.. At about 1000.00 per exam, he was making more then his captain's pay! And

we were never sent to doctors for all the toxic exposures either. Kiaser

would've lost some major bucks on all the employees that were exposed to mold

for years.

An injured worker is not sent to all the right doctors either for all their type

of injuries. For instance I suffered an ear injury and kaiser and or my lawyer

never sent me to a an ear specialist or a G.I. doc for my stomach problems

thanks to all the meds kaiser gave to me for pain but kaiser never acknowledged

the injuries with disabilty payments, even though I have kaiser medical proof,

I suffered hearing loss and stomach problems and orthopedic injuries.

Then there are the doctors who operate on the wrong part of an arm and then the

arm is for sure rendered totally useless. Most of these docs set up temporary

offices until they get their wad of money from insurance companies. You can't

find them in the telephone books.

The judges interpret the qme's report not according to the medical evidence but

to a legal judgement, labor codes. And the labor code for pain as a disability,

is no longer considered a disability thanks to Arnold Scwarzenegger. He has ice

running in his veins or he's missing a heart or brain or all of'em.

Just like ACOEM deosn' recognize mold! That's because far too many people have

been exposed to it and it protects the employers and the buildings they own.

Worker's comp system-arena ( as in lion's den) is perhaps the biggest and most

perpetrated crime against injured workers besides the crimes committed against

workers by employers.
