Homebuyers: avoid homes w black mold: advise from real estate expert

I guess this is no big news but from real estate consultant, author and

Today Show contributor Barbara Corcoran, on the Today Show listed

things to avoid in buying a new home, which included to not buy a home

with black mold, because " it will make you sick, and cannot be removed

adequately " . I was interested because she said it will make you sick

and googled her words with her name and cannot find anywhere where this

is in print. Perhaps in one of her books, but found lots of places

where she lists black mold as a deal breaker but does not say why, does

not say " because it will make you sick " . Wanted to find a link with

those words but couldn't. I'll look some more later.
