Guest guest
Ginny, My nutritionist says to drink 3 cups a day of organic green tea, she says it doesn't have to be medicinal but is better if it is organic. I use a few from Trader Joes as well as some from whole foods-about $3-4 a box. I even get flavored kinds-she says it does have anti-fungal and antioxidant properties. I am seeing her tomorrow, I will see if I can get any more info/websites that I can send on to you. .
