It is interesting, saw palmetto can help inflammation and help the hair to grow

back. We also have aspergillus ( don't remember what kind ) exposure. But will

it work also for women?

We have been taking resveratrol for a while, and recently on a higher dosage of

500 mg a day. The blood sugar did seem to be lower and stable recently, will

mold toxin cause higher blood sugar?

I am a woman. It helped me. I was looking at it for bronchial congestion and

was shocked when my hair stopped falling out. It was the only " new " thing I

used. I would give something " new " a month or so, before I added any supplement

that was different so if I " reacted " I could isolate and eliminate the

" offender " immediately.

It is not what it was before aspergillus fumigatus (among other stuff) but it

has improved tremendously. It is not sex-specific although it is widely used

for prostate inflammation.

My blood sugar issues came after years in bed without my former very vigorous

swimming, to repair my immune system, which is not perfect but better than it

was. My primary doc always told me that the human body had " enormous

restorative capabilities " and I had to hang on to what he said. Welchol is used

for blood sugar as well as cholesterol. It is all an enormous juggling act.

Keep digging and carefully assess what is going on with your system. The

internet has been a God-send. Good luck.
