Guest guest
forgot what I last learned on the HLA involvement. th17,th1,th2 involvement in the first responce and the HLA plays a role in the secondary responcem after the foreign invaders pass the mucosa lingings and get into the tissues and blood (system). this is where HLA plays role of less than 45 persent because other cells also present foreign invaders to be distroyed. HLA does play a role in autoimmune disease. I dont think a accurate percentage could be put on this as it may depend largely on exposure dose and HLA geno types. with a really heavy exposure it might not matter weither you have these geno types or not and theres some evidence that shows they could actually be mutations caused by breaks in the chains, what ever they are called, cant remember, amino acid chains? couldn't find much info. at that point. if that turns out to be true than the HLA types would be proof of damage. seems a possability as these changes in genes has to start somewhere as mutations to be passed down. like so many illnesses once thought to be inherited that are now being found to be enviromentally caused, who knows. the fact still remains that it doesn't come into play unless you have a bad exposure and first defences cant fight off the invaders. in other words there is already some major damage done. if you dont have these geno types you will detox a little faster which will stop further damage but if you were exposed to high amounts and suffered much damage and you immune system and liver were damaged also, i'm not sure haveing these geno types would make much difference at all. I fell that the word predisposed to get this disease is not a accurate statement. from what I've learned, gene mutations are caused by toxic exposures, even passed through the womb and no dought play a role in many birth defects. who's to say that our exposure hasn't caused gene mutations. > > because theres lot's of misunderstanding about it. > no.1 it really has nothing to do with your exposure and how much > damage you will suffer. > the amount of organs and system damage is what will deturmine how > well and or if you recover. > 2. even with the having the geno types you will detox unless your > immune system is totally whacked in which case you well be dead or > dieing. haveing the geno type or types plays less than around 45 > percent on the role of detoxing. > and really is only a marker to use to show these people are more > sisceptable to mold exposure and may, even at a somewhat lower dose > exposure suffer illness from it. > repeat: it basiclly doesn't have a damn thing to do with exposure > that are in high enough amounts that will cause anyone or any living > thing with a immune system to suffer damage. > 3. high C4-a cell count is now considered the best marker to prove > mold exposure and the damage it's caused to the immune system and > that haveing high C4a counts, inflammation is a sign of re-exposure to > molds. > 4. even Dr. Shoemaker say's his book " mold warriors " was already > outdated by the time it was sold. and reading this book is a good > thing to do but it's not up to date. > 5. remember, you had these geno types way before you got sick from > your exposure and that itself show's just how little it has to do > with anything and it may really just play more of a role after the > fact and only if you suffered severe immune system damage to the > point that those bad geno types are now just going to help keep you > sick. > let's be very careful about bringing up this subject because it has > and will be tooken out of context and we will be blamed for our > illness instead of the exposure, as everyone is exposed to a small > amount of mold everyday and you dont get sick from that until after > you have had a severe exposure which causes organ and system damage > and makes you hypersinsitive to molds and for some, many other > chemical's. >
Guest guest
NO. I think he is overloaded with patients, hopeing more doctors well start reconizeing and treating people. here's a link to some vedios of his biotoxin illness 101 part 1 http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-8831727139286753564 part 3 http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=5603543970500117297 --- In , Frohna <vafrohna@...> wrote: > > Does anybody know if Dr Shoemaker has a newer & more up to date book out? > tHANKS! > >
