Guest guest
Hi Janette, only started yesterday; he's on: Gymnema, Galega (NIDDM), Epimedium, Ginkgo and Sylibum (he's on a bit of a coctail of the orthodox stuff) plus linseed and Rumex/Althea tea for a very sluggish bowel (the latter is meant to just get things going and then try to tonify the bowel. Most probable causes: NIDDM (managed with diet), antihypertensive and other medication, stress...no other obvious serious pathology or lifestyle factors to note. Any of you tried muirapuama (Ptychopetalum olacoides)????? Many thanks Janette (Birmingham)
Guest guest
Hello Janette! Long time no hear, how are you?? The mix below sounds really good to me, and I would ensure that unless he is on blood thinners, the Ginkgo was in as high a dose as poss. as it may very well be circ. consequence of the diabetes (although could also be peripheral neuropathy). I have not had experience with diabetic erectile dysfunction per se, but did have spectacular result with peripheral vascular problems affecting the lower limbs using lots of Ginkgo in the mix. Managed to avoid a double amputation which had already been scheduled when px first came! Lots of love Noreen > > Hi Janette, only started yesterday; he's on: Gymnema, Galega (NIDDM), Epimedium, Ginkgo and Sylibum (he's on a bit of a coctail of the orthodox stuff) plus linseed and Rumex/Althea tea for a very sluggish bowel (the latter is meant to just get things going and then try to tonify the bowel. >
