Guest guest
Any suggestions gratefully received : Male 35yrs, part of bowel removed 9 years ago because of cancer. No problems since until recently when he had bad abdominal pain. He had an investigatory op and it was found to be due to adhesions and some small intestine had to be removed. General health and diet are very good. He's keen to stop this happening again. Bartram suggests castor oil packs for adhesions, any other advice? Female 78years with increased platelet levels of unknown origin. She reacted badly to medication (low dose chemotherapy) now stopped, they now want to give her radioactive phosphate which she has declined. Also has intermittent claudication due to blocked femoral arteries - takes statins, coracten and asprin. The platelet problem was discovered when doing blood tests for the claudication so started before any drug treatment. No other major problems, diet good, weight OK, in fact she looks amazing, very slim and looks 20 years younger than her age, very on the ball, no memory problems etc. BP 130/80 Many thanks, Pam
