problems receiving messages

Can anyone suggest why I keep having problems receiving messages from the both

the ukherbalist and MF? I've sent numerous emails to yahoo customer support and

everything is fine for a few days and then for no apparant reason, I just stop

receiving them again. Any suggestions very gratefully received!
