Guest guest Posted August 21, 2008 Report Share Posted August 21, 2008 Hello, I'm trying to raise m vitamin D levels by taking a supplement. However, I feel terrible using vit. D, so I thought i'd try some at bedtime. It caused semi-violent dreams last night. Has anyone heard of this and what could be some other options if I can't take this, in order to absorb calcium.
