,

That is wonderful you will be speaking on this subject. I think it is

great, too, that you will be able to discuss the devastation of mold in newly

built homes. Think how different your life would have been had you been

forced to arbitrate. You will do great!!!

Hi Ginny & Sharon,

I have been asked to speak at the Arbitration Fairness Act Hearings on

April

29th and there are a lot of mold victims that will be there, it's about

time

that builders have some accountability for building a 'safe home' for

families, having the binding arbitration allows them a gigantic fall back

that almost 100% of the time favors the builder. Apart from the obvious and

also talking about the serious health effects of mold (you know I have to

get that in there Sharon!!). Do you have any suggestions on any other

points

that I should touch on-kinda new with this advocate thing ????

Thanks,

.
