Guest guest
It's good to be sensible about water. Just downing water is seriously not good for a person. I have a neighbor who does that and it just makes her thirstier. my naturopath calls it a " kidney flush " . she says if you drink too much at once, all you do is flush out your minerals and you can just end up hurting yourself and making yourself thirstier. I have electrolyte imbalances and if I drink too much pure water (the water where i live is 99% pure with no minerals and a pH of 7), that I just end up running to the restroom and i'm still thirsty. I go for the mineral water when I find my thirst unsatisfied. laurie > > Hi Ron, nice to hear from you. > > About water - it's so important because it flushes away impurities in your > body and keeps all the parts working better.
