Guest guest
well done . It is a great accomplishment when you can reach 30 minutes of an advanced workout. I almost forgot about brag day.... My brag for the week is going to the gym for 5 days this week and doing a basic taebo workout included in that program. I think I am addicted to exercise again, better not let that go ha? Lost 2% of my body fat and 2kg so far. Love Michxxx > Well I am proud that I can now do the GR Advanced for 30 minutes and > give it everything I have! > >
Guest guest
HI! I just started doing the GR Advanced 2 I have them both 1 & 2 actually I have all the GR ones. I find GR 2 easier to do than one so I am gonna stick there for a while until I get better at my endurance. I didn't take any breaks except for the sip of water thing. I am Lk4taebo on the taebo message boards and I am team captain of TeamTaebo at the ClubTaebo thread on there. Helps keep me motivated my team is on a 21DC now 5 days in actually. I have lost a total of 23 pounds so far. > hi valerie! > which GR advanced are you doing? > this is a fabulous brag!!! i can do them but definately not for 30 minutes > straight, let alone straight to the end. > i mean that i can make it to the end of them but i take LOTS of breaks > you go!! > *~*~*~*~* > Carolyn in ONT Canada > > RE: > > Well I am proud that I can now do the GR Advanced for 30 minutes and > > give it everything I have! > > --- > Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free with AVG. > Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). > Version: 6.0.459 / Virus Database: 258 - Release Date: 2/25/2003

Guest guest
Congratulations . you must be so proud of him. I can see you're not a huge cricket fan like me. My Dad would be loving it. He obviously sees some exciting angle in cricket that I fail to grasp...........as does half the nation it appears : ) Narelle, Mum to Eve 2yrs and Lily 8mths (MDS)
