Bob,

That is great. Hopefully those on this list can share with your good

news. I hope some of them were helpful in your new knowledge of what

you need to do to keep those scores in a positive range.

Bob, very good results. I went to look for the laboratory results

interpretation page I had, and it has vanished. I'll search some.

I think some use of olive oil for cooking may help the cholesterol

ratio. Think I heard that. Low carb wins again. Sam

Sam,

I use olive oil and rice vinegar as salad dressing. I get the extra

virgin olive oil for the flavor....come to think of it, that's why I get

the rice vinegar. I get it seasoned and with red peppers.

Bob,

Hmmm... I'll have to try the rice vinegar with red peppers... my husband

would love it! I love the extra virgin olive oil. I buy a big jug of a

good brand at Sam's, and I use it all up before it spoils.

I'll have to look for it the next time we go shopping.... can't get it in

town. We live in a small town with only one grocery store -- doubt if they

have rice vinegar. Sounds good :-)
