Guest guest
Hi, Hope you are doing better by now. I had always heard to take zinc to heal wounds, about 50 mg once a day. > > first i am going to apologize - i am not going to be typing caps etc. > i broke my arm on monday - fell on ice - radius bone - hairline crack > near my thumb. here is my questions: > > if any of you have ever had this type of brak - how long before pain > stops? if you did have this type of fracture did the doctor rebreak > your arm to cast it? i have a half cast on right now > > i am taking asprin, extra calcium and arnica - is there any other > natural things i should be taking to speed the healing? > > i am trying to be as natural as possible in the healing process > > btw - fms flares up hot and heavy with this much strain on my body - > trying lots of meditation - but open to other suggestions >

Guest guest
For Fibro you guys can get everything you need over the counter, or even at Dollar General Store for some. I don't see the comp pharm for menopause meds. That's what she was asking about. I have the most extemely severe Fibromyalgia of anyone we've met in these 8 years. The comp pharm makes an alkali solution to put in drinking water to keep my pH up. Yes, Dr writes the prescription. All from comp pharms is by prescription, except some over the counter things like SamE if they have those things. My decongestant, expectorant and naproxen are a little tricky as well because of FMS severity and throat problems from large amounts needed to keep me all ok. Comp pharm makes topical Guai, topical decongestant and topical naproxen for here and some out of state docs. I don't know who they or their docs are - that's private, of course. We do talk about what will work best, etc. The comp pharms names are on the Meds page at FibroFix. You could have yours call and ask what they are making and how if you need to. Best if they call, because these guys are very busy. The big ones all know Sam Pratt - he's one of the new Board of Directors for Int. Academy of Comp Pharms. A real legend. If you have any questions, call me any time. Guest guest
Call and ask do they have someone who does hormone counseling - tell them what the problem is. Find out what they charge for a consult. It's not covered by insurance, but will be worth it's weight in gold. They can tell you from there. They can tell you if you need to have chem tests to determine what you are low on. Sorry I haven't done the menopause or hormone thing - I'm just Fibro, and I figured that out. But they are geniuses with human chemistry and will know what to do.
