The last workweek of the year starts off with a lot of cosmic discord. The Moon attempts to stabilize earthly affairs through its formidable presence in Taurus, but the lunar orb enters a void uncertainty cycle at 9:55AM PST during a square to giant Jupiter in Aquarius. This twilight zone lasts until 5:14PM PST when the Moon enters airy Gemini. During this 7+ hour time-span, it is best to finish old business on a high note. Adding to yesterday's possible romantic upheavals is a Juno square to Pluto - from Aries to Capricorn - at 11:20AM PST, Venus moving into a caustic, 135-degree connection to Mars (6:32PM PST), and Venus also squaring Saturn (10:56PM PST). Over the past two days, Juno has made two troubling aspects while Venus has four difficult alignments on its scorecard. Under these circumstances, it is better to be on the defensive in love and social affairs. Be a good listener in key discussions instead of stridently pushing your own viewpoint. Gemini Moon welcomes new literary efforts and research projects. Focus your attention on a favorite art, craft or hobby. Since Venus is not only a major influence in romance but in financial affairs as well, keep your Hancock off legal papers and resist the temptation to buy big-ticket items.
