Re: Practioner insurance

Hi all

I have been out of the herbal medicine circuit for a while now but would like to re-kindle my links.

Could anyone recommend reasonably priced practioner insurance and give an idea of how much they may charge. I used to be insured with Balens via the NIMH but found that the annual joint costs were a little steep.

Also, could you remind me of any alternatives to the NIMH in terms of a "body" that is recognised.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Many Thanks

Leroy

Hi Annette

Thanks you for that.

It sounds very reasonable. I think I will give them a call tomorrow.

I would recommend the College of Practitioners of Phytotherapy (CPP), www.phytotherapists.org, as a professional body that is recognised by the EHTPA. Oh thanks for that Chris.

That was the professional body I was trying to remember.
