When you Regis-ter you knowing give up your rights and hand over authority.

When you Apply - you beg

When you Submit - you are submissive, recognising they have the power over you.

A license means rights can be given and more importantly taken away by the

authority.

Should herbalists get down on their knees and beg for permission to practice???
