I thought this article resonates with me, and what I am going through.We don't need to suffer and go for the medication that gives us side effects, but we do need to take a look at our diets and lack of exercise.Sugar, grains and baked products, processed foods, caffeine, alcohol need to be eliminated or curtailed.Also a misconception that I found is the women going through perimenapausal symptoms are in need of progesterone not estrogen, we loose progesterone which is a very important hormone.
