Guest guest
I would seriously suggest to her that she wean her child and build herself up before embarking on another pregnancy. It seems to me that 18 months breast feeding is a very good start for a child, once the teeth start erupting, it's time to start weaning! These days, there is no problem sourcing good nutritious food for weaning, and it is asking for trouble both for herself and future infant to further deplete herself. Just my opinion.
