I don't change the subject line myself but I'd start doing it if people preferred that.

I agee. I don't think to do it, but if anyone would find that helpful I would do that.

Bob, I've been on this list since before Steve finished his walk and there have been no rules that I'm aware of. As you've seen, there is a small core group that is active and we talk about what we please. I think Steve once mentioned that he didn't care what we talked about. Do I remember that correctly? It was a long time ago.

Sometimes I think it would be a good idea if we changed the subject line when we change topics but it doesn't matter to me so much because I usually read all the messages anyway. I don't change the subject line myself but I'd start doing it if people preferred that.

hey there, if you are actually on the yahoo groups website, you should

see a menu on your left while you're reading the posts, otherwise

you'll have to go to the group home page to see the menu.

Files

Photos

Database

you can find lots of information in the files, unfortunately web links

go stale quickly but there is still a lot of good info there

for weigh ins, i've heard most people mention other groups, gyms,

support groups etc.. that they belong to and they usually do their

weigh ins there.

i liked sparkpeople.com

i used to post my exercise successes here, but as i'm back to facing

my winter time preschool sickies, i'm not getting a whole lot of

exercise.

think i'll stop there as i'm sure everyone has already given you a

bunch of good answers to your question, and i'm a little behind on my

reading.

the bummer about changing the subject lines is that it doesn't change

100% anymore. the thread header stays the same and you can only see

the new subject in certain ways depending on how you view the

newsgroup. I dont know how it works on email because i read from the

website because my inbox would be flooded if i got emails from all my

groups & because i dont like my email address getting printed on the

internet, too much junk mail.

Bob,

The rules are pretty simple :

We do NOT allow Flaming of our members.

That is it!! :) Enjoy your stay!!
