One is " Protein Power " by the Drs. Eades (husband and wife). Another is " Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution " . There's a newer book by the Eades that focuses more on diabetes and less on weight loss called " The Protein Power LifePlan " that is available in hardcover but may already released as a paperback as well. And there are lots of web sites to help you. Just go to a good search engine such as http://www.altavista.com and type in quotation marks " low carb* " (that asterisk is a wild card, which will pull up " carb " as well as " carbohydrate " . Free software is available to give you food composition at http://www.siestasoftware.com Susie
