Ladies,

First, I would like to apologize for my flippant post on the

therapeutic hormonal benefits of " sperm therapy " . It was not an

appropriate topic for this group and I apologize. (Although I hope to

revisit the topic someday when my body gets back in order and all is

well...)

I just found out I have high triglycerides after my first lipid panel.

My quest for medical insurance will have to wait until I get this

issue dealt with. Interestingly, in my search to remedy this problem

I started cod liver oil with 1000mg D. My dreams have always been

rather benevolent but lately they have left me feeling uneasy. Can't

say they're nightmares, just - dark. In addition, I have now

experienced the pleasure of 1000mg of niacin. I thought I was going

to scratch my arms off! I couldn't believe that stuff! Dr. suggested

" slo-niacin " .

On top of everything else, the hot flashes are back after a blessed

reprieve. I slapped a .06 mg Climara patch next to the .03. I just

finished a nice normal cycle having switched back to Climara &

Prometrium from the Provera lo dose my Dr. prescribed because he

wanted to stop my periods. My doctor said I could stay on the

straight E patch for up to 3 months as long as I followed it with a

bleed induced by (I think he said 11(?) days of Prometrium only). I

was going to go 21 days E, 4 days P and then bleed but the 3 month

plan appeals to me because I don't like how Prometrium makes me feel

but I acknowledge that I need to release the buildup. Any comments

appreciated.

Regards,

Gini
