Guest guest
Dear All I have had an enquiry as to whether herbs can help with amenorrhoea which is due to extended breastfeeding. The person in question is not intending to change or stop the breastfeeding so I feel that there is not much I can do, because herbs to restore normal menstruation will be acting against the hormones controlling the breastfeeding mechanism - not only that, but the daughter will be taking them in in the breastmilk. I am putting forward this post as I may well be wrong about this so would be interested in having others' views before saying I can't help. I think her daughter is 2 or 2 1/2 - not sure.
