Guest guest
Yes, I'm getting all that Sue. Up and down heartbeat, up and mostly down blood pressure, sleepy, big fat legs. I think with all these new hormones I'm sorting out plus the original Diabetes 1 that I'm dealing with, it's just too much for my body to handle. I thought that high pulse rate was from too much T3. My last doses before bed have kept me awake because my heart was pounding through my ears like a drum. So tonight I will take the last dose at 8 and see what happens. But then, when I took the potassium this morning and saw how high my heartbeat went I made up my mind to look into that some more. That was a powerful reaction! I'm getting philosophical about it now. If I'm sleepy I have a nap. If my heart is racing I sit at the computer and don't move around. It's the best my body can do right now and I know it will get the hang of it soon. But you can tell my thyroid is pretty normal or I wouldn't be able to be so easy about it. It's just getting the mix straight that's hard. Thank goodness for Val and the rest of the people at realthyroidhelp. Their patience is unbelievable. Guest guest
Thank you Pam! This thyroid adrenal rollercoaster is one ride I have been on way too long! I have followed Val around like a lost puppy from the natural thyroid board, the adrenal board and the sttm board and now have found my way here in my race for the cure!!! I am feeling better this afternoon, I honestly think I just need more hc and probably more t3 but don't want to push the t3 with my adrenals being a wreck. I will probably be on my own again with my treatment since my new doc is now wanting to add t4 back in. I have done that much better with the support of Val and others on these boards than I have with any of the doctors that I used. I just hate the racing heart feeling because I feel like I could jump out of my skin! It is so nice to have this forum where we can all help each other!
