Hi Janet: What a coincidence!! I was sorting mail at the post office and a catalog came in for a person on the route. So after I got all the post office boxes mail sorted - I took a few minutes and looked at the catalog. The route mail doesn't go out until around noon.

There was some good looking recipes in it and lots of neat things including all the different flours.

I wrote down the web address and was going to check it out but haven't done it yet. Probably they sell the cookbook on there "KingArthur.com" I think that was it. I have it written down SOMEWHERE.

I would love to get the cookbook. The last thing in the world I need is ANOTHER cookbook but I love to look at them. The last few years I have only got healthy cookbooks.

I actually have one bookcase with just cookbooks. I finally told myself NO MORE unless I give some up. I got three for Christmas (two vegetarian and one whole grain baking) so two less healthy had to GO! lol
